Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 DAYS of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
